The vegetable lasagne lesson

August 23rd, 2007 by James

Following on from the French Profiterole Lesson of August 2006 we are back for another cooking lesson, this time with Brandy. She is a creative vegetarian. Last time she made us dinner it was butter nut something-or-other, this time it is vegetable lasagne. This lesson will be as highly informative as the previous one, if not more so.

Step 1. Breathe in and strike a pose like you’ve already achieved something, when all you have done so far is step into the kitchen area.

Step 2. Scoop out some stuff.

Not sure where said stuff actually went but put it somewhere useful.

Put some…thing in the pot with the vegetables, then put some stuff in the thing with the other stuff.

Add the vegetables + stuff to the thing with the other stuff.

Why this exposure is different to the rest I do not know.

Put some rabbit food on the plates to accentuate the veggie lasagne.

OK I just remembered what some of the stuff was. Vegetarian mince. That’s Quorn, right? I think that went in the pot with the vegetables. If you are following these instructions then it may be too late. If you are following these instructions you are also an idiot.

Apply lasagne to plate. Er, put it in the oven for a while first. Stab it with a fork every so often to see if the lasagne layer things are still solid. Oh I forgot: get lasagne layer things, and stick them in the thing with the stuff. Pour the vegetables + possible quorn item between the layers, and some on top. Then shove in the oven. Yeah.

Sit at table and make a face like parrot fish, then eat.
