February London snow

February 2nd, 2009 by James

February snow in London. Starting with one shot on the way home from Old Street last night. The weather was unsafe for buses to operate so I had to walk home at 12:45 AM. I got home at 2:15 AM.

Morning. I’ve never seen so much snow, ever!

Man, it was pretty insane WALKING to the fucking TRAIN STATION. I never knew walking in a straight line could be so fucking dangerous. I slipped onto my arse at a road junction too.

I get to Whitton train station with a “skeletal” service running… at 07:15, a 06:00 train arrived, a little delayed :)

7 hours after and it’s still a fair bit of snow around. Craziness.

It’s been fun to see how much fun Londoners have been having with the snow, complications aside.

Love the shot of the people walking in line down embankment. Sorry to hear about the 2 hour walk home in the snow though, must have sucked!
